  • Weekly Private Coaching Sessions Via Zoom

    During our weekly sessions I'll teach you all the drills and skills you'll need to build into your daily routine.  We'll also develop strategies for dealing with your unique challenges, and we'll identify beliefs that are blocking your recovery, so that you can bust through them one by one. 

  • Weekly Assignments & Body Love Missions!

    Daily repetitive action is where the magic happens, so we will agree on weekly 'homework' assignments that will be the foundation of your recovery. 
    Repetition. Repetition. Repetition. 
    It's what got you into this mess, and it's what'll get you out!
    Practise will make your recovery permanent. 

  • Daily Whatsapp Check Ins

    To create MASSIVE momentum in the early days of your recovery I recommend that my private clients check in with me once a day via whatsapp message.

    If you're struggling or something challenging comes up before our next session then we'll jump on a quick call to nip it in the bud asap.

    Intuitive Eating

    The first time you went on a diet or were told to finish the food on your plates was the day that you began to override your body's hunger and full signals.  It's time to re-learn how to hear them, and how to eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full.


    How to distinguish between hunger & binge urges.

    Hunger feels entirely different to a binge urge or an old sugar craving.  Once you know how to tell the difference you'll practise listening to hunger and ignoring binge urges and intense sugar cravings.


    How to truly trust your body. 

    If one of your biggest recovery fears is that if you listen to your body then you'll never stop eating (and will turn into a giant, lazy, hippopotamus), then you are not alone!  I'll help you quickly work through that fear, and prove that your body wants you to be a shape that is fit, healthy and feels incredible on you! 


    Anxiety and depression are both the cause and the result of many a binge and purge.  You'll discover that all anxiety and depression is all based on invalid thinking ("headworms"). I'll teach you how to spot those headworms, how to separate fact from fiction, and how to replace headworms with a powerful mindset that will empower your long term recovery and general happiness.


    As your recovery strengthens all of the energy and attention that went in to the disorder is now available for other things.  I'll teach you how to channel that energy into creating more of what you want and less of what you don't, so that you can begin to build a future of your choosing.

    Some people need 6 sessions, others need 6 months.  We will work at the perfect pace for you!

    ...when you want to throw in the towel.

    I'm not afraid to say the uncomfortable if it gets you the results that you came for.

    What ever you repeat often enough will become automatic.  Now that you're repeating skills & drills that work,  I don't think you'll achieve bulimia freedom - I know that you will.
